1. Avoid long unnecessary waits.
2. Be sure that your customer service is good.
3. Avoid disrespecting or bullying the patient. (I know that it sounds funny to bully a patient, but it has happened somewhere around the world)
4. Avoid "poor" use of language. (Such as slang words)
5. Try to have a "blame-free" environment.
6. Make everything easy for the patient to understand.
