Looking at the cross section photograph you posted, you can see where the three index fossils are found in units 1, 2, and 3. I did notice that you left off the main question that is needed to complete the answer needed. The rest of the questions wants you to write the name of the index fossil next to the rock unit where the fossil is most likely found. I will list this below. 

Rock unit 1 - Centrceras
Rock unit 2 - Hexameroceras
Rock unit 3 - Cryptolithus
