to both sides

Subtract c
from both sides
[tex]ac-c=-4+3b [/tex]
Regroup terms
[tex]ac-c=3b-4 [/tex]
Factor out the common term

[tex]c(a-1)=3b-4 [/tex]
Divide both sides by
