if you dont wanna do much just watch what u eat and try to eat healthy things for the most part and then she could try to walk 30mins every day then look up chloe ting and do some of that and yea youll see results but working is boring so why try
Monday, eat light healthy breakfast ex (apple and peanut butter) then go on a walk, eat a light healthy lunch ex (salad) do an outside activity, eat a light healthy dinner (chicken and salad) then go on a run. Then complete the chart just like that but different things
