I can solve th system of equaitons though

multiply second equation by -1 and add to toerh equaiton

8x-3y=12
x+3y=15 +
9x+0y=27

9x=27
divide both sides by9
x=3
sub back

x+3y=15
3+3y=15
minus 3
3y=12
divide 3
y=4
