1. Describe how Juliet's mother behaves when she comes to inform Juliet about the arrangement her father made to have her marry Paris. How does Juliet's mother's behavior when Capulet gets angry at Juliet influence the way in which readers view Lady Capulet?

Respuesta :

Juliet's mother is kind and when Juliet expresses her disapproval, she calls Capulet rather than argue with Juliet herself. Later, she sides with Capulet but she is not outwardly rude to Juliet. This makes readers see her as submissive because she follows her husband's opinion although she cares for Juliet and disagrees with her husband's opinion that Juliet should be disowned.
