Physician Clinic Note
Mrs. Black presents today with complications of ""feeling tired"" all the time. Upon questioning, she notes that for the most part her routine has not changes very much. She is a 56-year-old female who has two grown children who do not live with her. Her husband is 57 years old and semi-retired. She said that her husband helps her around. The house and also that she helps him around the yard. When asked if she is sleeping all right, she said she is getting up once or twice a night but falls right back to sleep. At this time, I advised Mrs. Black that maybe she should try to get a good walk in during the day and also watch her diet. If the malaise and fatigue don't subside or do not improve over the next 2 months with these changes, we will do further testing. Labs were drawn today to look at levels.
